Правильно.Для правильного развития общества, нужны не запреты а контроль.И чёрт возьми чем так сильно, отличается героиновый наркоман, от алкогольного.И какого фига Марихуана и Гашиш запрещены? курения конопли, намного безвредней ,чем курения табака.Война с наркотиками ведётся уже больше чем 100 лет, за время этой войны, наркомания не снизилась а увеличилась и помолодела, а психоделики ,такие как грибы всё чаще, принимают тупое быдло, а не духовные и творческие люди, как должно быть.

Legalize regulate and educate. Educate the children in preschool, elementary & junior high. See if they want to take meth or heroin after that... I seriously doubt they would.

It would also help if you had an actual curriculum scripted by members of Narcotics Anonymous instead of organizations like the DEA or T.R.U.T.H.. You know, people that actually know what they are talking about...
