Due to Title 7 this is the only way employers and corporations can legally discriminate against people based upon race, social status, level of social conditioning in your personal life, etc. It is truely sick. My sister works HR and hires people regardless of what these tests say, even though she knows it can get her fired. PTs are truely the new racism in the workforce.

I always love personality tests and other such things and can sometimes be found to have an almost unnatural and undeserved fascination with others. It's not with personas, though - it's with who they *really* are. Some people are just too hard to get to know, though. Regardless, I find human psychology fascinating, and I love talking with people who can relate. lolbleach btw.
