The Others need Jack to do some Medical Stuff (I'm being deliberately vague for the sake of spoilers) and they brought Kate to make Jack cooperate, and they brought Sawyer-- to make a love triangle? xD I don't know why they really brought Sawyer. But in a sense, they are kinda experimenting on them--you'll see that in a bit with Sawyer, mostly.

Everyone says "Stranger in a Strange Land" is the worst episode, but I think it's "Exposé". What was the point of Nikki and Paulo? Just cardboard cut-outs, who you had to put together to get 1 dimension out of them. And those actors got "starring' credits, as opposed to "guest star" credits, like Rose and Bernard got, even though Nikki and Paulo just stood around in the background in all of the episodes they were in. They must have been banging the casting directors.

Ok, so Im only in the first four or so minutes of this episode, and I started watching Lost a few weeks ago (already know what happens in the end...thanks, friends) I can say that my favorite season so far is 1, b/c I'm a big supporter of the original characters of almost every show, but the 2nd season had its merits, too. I like the Kate+Sawyer pairing...I hope we get to see more of it this season :)
