Its a mirror. Look closely and you see the shiny reflection about a second before the "Ghost" appears. It's a person on set walking by the mirror and then the Green Screen finishes some touches. The Batman is just some dude dressed up. There was a guy dressed up as Jesus in Party Rock Anthem :/

Hey is it possible, and I know this is farfetched, but could it be a cut out of a person propped up for the front of the store window. And due to the angle of the light entering the store and the light capturing capacity of the camera then the cut out edges are not completely exposed, provided a semi transparent figure of a person, or a ghost in theory. Just a logical theory, and obviously if it is done on a green screen there is clearly not a ghost.
