I am glad people here love Defense, I am the only returning defender on my JV team and everybody else on the team hates it! Maybe it's because you often do not get the "glory" of scoring a goal; but I am proud I am a defender and would not play any other position in field hockey!
does anyone know a better stick then the dita exa 500? i got that one it was 300 euro but its such a good stick its almost broken so i want another one, does someone recommend a good stick?

it would help if the players have their stick down and not using their weaker side of the stick......it gets me ajitated!

Well it depends how comfortable YOU feel. Maybe you could try the GX 7000 or GX 4000 scoop.
