Beyonce is an incredible vocalist. She is not lip syncing in this video. You can tell by the arrangement and by the way she sang the ending that this is live. And as far as other singers go, I don't think there are many others who could pull off this song the way Beyonce does. She is gifted, there is no other way to describe her talent. Whether you like her or not, her talent cannot be taken away from her.
