  • I had this on tape when it came out. A massively underrated band along with Downface..

  • I love these guys every song of theirs has grown on me and as a whole I think their one of the strongest shoegaze bands out there even thow they began drifting away from that genre in their later albums.

  • heard it on the radioooo loved it immediately :)

  • @bulletproofpunk Woah where do you live? Cause none of the radios play this.. Not even the xm radio stations.

  • wow, this is beautiful. really great music. i'm amazed it doesn't have more views.

  • Who cares about hits, they made a few great tracks most on the Today Forever EP

    Quality over quantity.

  • @martinsfx1 Them's fighting words

  • one hit wonder

  • @semikool which hit was that then?

  • masterpiece

  • terrible? are you kidding me? while I agree this song could be considered their zenith point, both their first two albums, nowhere and going blank again, are filled with jewels.

  • Try to make better music: good luck, I´m with you. Best in my life!

  • I agree that the rhythm and bass drives this song. LOVE it!

  • Yes. This captures the essence of what Ride was. No other band will ever move me like they did.

  • classic....i remember having this on tape, the EP

    Cheers man!!

  • kikcs asss

  • This one is best when you listen to it loud and high quality. worth buying it!

I'm not a marketing bastard, I'm just saying if you like this then you'll... Know what I mean!

    The drumming is awesome x

  • can somebody please upload moonlight medicine?

  • Top tune, thanks for posting.I have been a Baggy/Madchester type bender, and this song and Dreams Burn Down (wish youtube had a better version) really hit hard. Please don't stop doing you magic Mark.

  • oh yeah like i dreamed a band with three guitarists one making "noise" rythm and lead, and of course a TIGHT bass and drum to keep them together

  • Shoegaze may be made out to be all about guitars and vocals, but that rhythm section is the tightest and most intense I've heard in years. That bass work blows me away. Shame the only releases I can find by the group are terrible compared to this.

  • @flatline626

Find "Nowhere" on Vinyl and listen to Seagull, it will melt your face. Their other music is far from terrible.

  • Wow, I really enjoyed that.

  • Just loving the Great White cover. Also classic Ride when all the guitars get going.

    Fuckin get in !!

  • Easily the best ride E.P......Loved em live back then.

  • Fantastic track. Great soundscape.

  • This is my favorite Ride song of all time; I think it epitomizes what--to my mind--they were trying to do. The song centers around the driving baseline; Loz's drumming is amazing as usual; the guitars are psychedelic swirling and etherial; and the vocals convey a genuine sense of longing and beauty...

  • @chillidogdupree couldn't agree more!!!.

  • @chillidogdupree If music can get any better, I'd like to know how.
