This is officer Milano from SDPD this video is just part of a collection that Occupiers in San Diego have been gathering against him. He is the same officer who utilizes selective enforcement to harass people he doesn't like. He also is on video several other times utilizing excessive force to illegally detain and arrest people for offenses that normally warrant a citation. This video is to show the abuse of power some officers use, if this was me, I would have gone to jail for this same offense
Engaging in personal conversation? You don't know that. Could have been police related.
Even if it was a personal conversation, who cares? They are regular people just like us. And guess what? Us regular folk have personal conversations at work probably on a daily basis!
But I still dont like cops. And I live with one of these SDPD guys.
plantzfoto your a douchebag for posting this weak video..at least catch them making illegal u turns or something...personal conversation?? get real!!!
Wow, what a boring video! And, yes, the police are allowed to have personal conversations while working, just like you can, plantzfoto (assuming you have a job). No car pulled up behind the red jeep, so why are you trying to make a problem where none exists? This is too funny for words.
What angers you about this? The fact that he is talking to someone at an intersection, not interfering with the flow of traffic OR that you couldn't get an over-reaction from him or his partner??
