@Fr34k5zInc They are making an Ezio Trilogy, with Assassins creed III being a new character. They are thinking of each numerical Assassins creed as a new assassin. 1 being Altair, 2/brotherhood/revelations being Ezio, and 3/sequel/maybe something else being another assassin.

@Fr34k5zInc This clip is actually is Masyaf, the big assassin castle from the first game. Ezio is searching for his roots in Altair in the middle east, but Masyaf is now infested with templars. The game is of course going to be based in Constantinople, Turkey.

@FreedomForAll89 Its called REVELATIONS. One of the major points of this game is to give you more answers than questions and seal off the Ezio/Altair parts of the series. Desmond will probably still be left open to give them a way to segue into ACIII.

I really don't understand all the Ezio hate. He's a well-developed, well-written character. Jeez, would you rather play as Desmond the entire game? The guy's been in three games and I still don't care about him.

I'm guessing Ubi will take a leaf out of MGS 4's book and have Revelations deal with Ezio's age and gradually failing skills. It's gonna be awesome, brutal, and a little melancholy methinks.

@BiggusMaccus From the information Ubisoft has given out so far and the critical reception of it, it looks like there will be absolutely no correlation to how MGS4 worked and Ezio is still considered to be in his prime, with extra skill making up for whatever athletic ability he might have lost to create an experience similar to the last 2.

@Fr34k5zInc Also, as you can see, he walks through the desert, and through Turkey. Try to look at the eagle on the soldiers stomach. So i would say that it is either in Austria, or in some other mountain-country. So I believe it is Altaïr :D
