This was the toughest thing I went through. Our dog was in our basement when it happend! We heard her crying and she was swimming in like 6 feet high waters. She's fine though. Last year we got snow right up until march or a little before. We also have been having record snow storms. Bright side, hasn't rained all day. Most of the water in my backyard is gone, my basement too is looking alot dryer than yesterday. I'm just glad EP didnt get hit as hard as Pawtucket or Warwick. God bless those people.

@joshpnw Yeah, but this never happens in R.I. hasn't happened in 100 years, so it probably is climate change. Our weather has changed drastically over the years. Last year we got snow right up until march or a little before. We also have been having record snow storms. It's fear because we have never had to deal with anything like this around here and we were not prepared.
