I love this special for it's appeal to all ages since it's debut in 1966. It's simply a timeless classic that I've watched nearly every year since I was 2 years old and still love it to this day. It's also heartwarming at the end, because the grinch was just a mean old bastard that realized the truth about christmas and grew a heart a size above the normal size :).
