@BespokeGroupUK The screens are tasteless, just keep them clean by rinsing them with hot water and letting them dry out. Ive never noticed the screens having any taste whatsoever but thats just my experience.
@BespokeGroupUK you grab somthing to hold it with burn the steel or brass with lighter off until the screen is red from heat both sides then rise it off good you can get good screens in your fawset becouse fawsets have 3 screens get pliers and rip it out of your sink
