Luger has always received way too much flack from the fans and critics. He was a solid hand who could work but was disliked because of his attitude backstage. If he was in his prime today, he'd be the best wrestler in the world.
part 1 got uploaded but youtube says it hit copywrite rules and is blocked in most places from viewing it. there are some countries that can view it but not the main ones that watch my videos. still not sure why part 1 gets that treatment but part 2 is ok. hope that helps u understand whats up with part 1.
Luger sucked so bad he main evented for several years. WCW had a bad habit of putting there great wrestlers in opening matches and leaving the crappy wrestlers in the main events. just look at flair and how much he must have sucked because he was also in many main events.
@rainxxxx Jim Crockett Promotions (later WCW when Turner bought it) was its own company and promoted out of the Carolinas for decades. The NWA stood for National Wrestling Alliance and was made up of a number of regional promotions all across the US who all voted on one guy to be its NWA World Champ.
@rainxxxx When WWE took off in the 80s, most of those promotions that made up the NWA died off and Crockett was the last remaining one that still thrived. They still had Flair as the NWA champ and when WCW stopped letting him go and defend that title in other promotions, they severed ties with WCW and that's when the WCW World title was created.
@rainxxxx "Keyboard warrior"? LMAO, I'm sure you'd really be so mouthy if you were standing in front of me. You're the epitome of the internet tough guy -- mouthy behind the computer, but a wuss in real life. This is probably a 13-year old girl I'm sending this to.
@mastermold2011 actually wcw was the name of the Saturday night show i watched every week. When Crockett went belly-up, Turner bought the company, created WCW, split with the NWA but to the average fan it was the same lineage. Only insiders knew that WCW was no longer a continuation of the NWA (although, that could be argued).
steamboat and flair= two workers who made luger look like a million bucks

@t72fins I think it's because WWE has started to block alot the major matches on DVD, but I'm glad they let part 2 stay up.

Nice bump by Tommy Young. WCW and the NWA tried so hard to push Luger but he just sucked so bad.
