On one of the news shows they said there were like 6 Amscot cameras but they didn't capture any footage. Don't know if they weren't being turned on daily, or usually, or if that's even true.

On Nancy Grace there was mention of additional counsel for Casey's defense , I don't remember the name of the lawyer , but he has extensive death penalty case representation . They mentioned on that show that the Florida court system would not allow the Anthony defense to continue without that additional Lawyer because of fear of the later claim that she was poorly represented.

Lee know casey is lieing . im not sure what part he plays in this.he tend to lay low . ......Cindy is very desperate I beleive she is avoiding the truth because she knows she cant handle it. I think George helped her. she would never go to cindy she is scared of her they all are.mommy and daddy always fix her screw up so after the fact she went to george and they schemed a cover up. after the car didnt get stolen, the gig was up.i think cindy found out after the 911 call.George told her , then she changed her tune and wants to save casey. not because she gives a hoot about her, if the truth comes out she is afraid she will end up alone. so she will try to cover up fpr george.

GA also during an interview, said he called Amscot--I believe pre-pickup--and learned the car had been there 3 days. (He'd noticed the address was the samej) think these inquiries are not so much to learn anythin g about the car, etc.....but what others knew, what their testimony will be. All this occuring pre-pickup, and his lies are carefully thought out, with A back door to them.

Re: the 911 call not until 8pm. Per pt 5 of GA's interview w/ LE after they picked up the car at Amscot, GA states CA "sent me back to work, cause I was pretty livid at the moment" 3:14. CA said that she would handle Casey. Question : If you were ex LE and picked up your daughter's car WREAKING of decomposition, would you go to work????? Would you let your wife go to your daughter's boyfriend's apt, (who she never met before) ALONE and drag her out?

I was very leary of the "I was too busy to go" on the 14th......If it were me, I would have had minor anxiety until the post office opened Monday am. Either this family ignores and minimizes everything, or George was avoiding what he suspected was bad news. They lived in Orlando a long time. They had to have known Johnson's was the towyard. Casey and Caylee were uncharacteristically absent and this was a concern.. That letter must have set off an alarm.

I wonder if the hairs that Dr. Lee found in the car came from the hairbrush that should have been given to the police.... that is just too strange not to cooperate to the fullest when a child is missing....so early on Cindy mistrusted the police ? yet spills her guts on that voice mail she leaves....she deliberately sets out to ruin evidence in my opinion.

This law enforcement team has been upstanding and thorough since the get go, (as Yuri would say). I do not trust Dr. Lee at all; nor Ms. Boden. Well, heck! I don't trust a single soul on the defense side.

Casey parked the car herself, by herself, left her purse, got out and never wanted to see the car again. She just thought it would be stolen and that would be that. It would have helped the defense IF it would have happened.

I really believe that Cindy's alert was authentic. I also believe the family have been aware of Caylee's death prior to Casey's incarceration October 15.

I agree with you. Cindy definitely knew about it before the incarceration on Oct 15. When she was being interviewed after the FBI, she said, "I am a grieving grandmother." Was she grieving Caylee's death? Why would she say that if she believed Caylee was alive. She that baby was dead then and she was playing games. I don't buy into the "My daughter is innocent " crap. Cindy now acts like she herself has something to hide.

I think he made those statements as an attempt to taint the minds of the potential jury pool as well as an indirect response to the prosecutions pressure by putting the death penalty back into play. I believe that the video could show that there was a person driving the car into the spot when Casey said she had to be pushed into it. Another discrepancy in this case. The other thing is I think that Jose Baez is trying to intimidate potential jurors and belittle their intelligence and like Albatross said , Scott Peterson was convicted with much the same type of evidence.

Albatross, I really don't think that they knew Caylee was dead after fathers day. Think about it..Cindy calling 911 ranting her granddaughter is missing and that there's a bad smell in the car "like someone's died in there"...then retracting her statement ..."it was the pizza box". If she knew then why would she call the cops saying that? I think they found out after Casey was released from jail or worked it out for themselves after the 911 call.

My one time to take a look at an ATM security camera output, and while it had the perp's picture, the date was 24 hours off, so it couldn't be used as evidence! The perp had no acct there, but was successful in gradually draining a checking account by daily $300 withdrawals switching between branches in nearby towns. The victim was in intensive care, and the bank wasn't going to return her $!!!

Maybe it was Zanny's DOG!!! I remember when the police were on this mission questioning the employees from Amscott. Amscott said their surveillance system was NOT working, so the video has to be from the gas station across the street or somewhere else. My guess is that it's coming from the gas station. Casey's probably driving around in circles, round and round like a nutcase. But, I'm glad they'll be able to find out the "day" she parked it there.

Bigshot Baez gave up his strategy when he compared the Sommer case to this one. Good for him. I hope they throw Baez off this case before the trial starts IF there even IS a trial. If the state HAS to pay for the defense because of the possible claim of "indigency" under her 6th amendment rights, (cause you KNOW she has her "rights" and all), then you THINK the state would set limits on the amount of money spent, and on the "fairness" of other indigents who do NOT get the dream team experts.

This is what I think: Casey was driving around (staying close to Amscot) so the car would go close to E (as you said). This is so the auto would not get far before THEY ran out of gas. When George went to get the car at Tow Yard, it was supposed to have been stolen...but there had been no verification from Casey...That's why they took four days to go get the car...they needed verification from Casey but they could not find her until CA found Amy's phone #.then found Casey, then made plot up

It was a plot to have the car stolen..but that backfired when the car ended up at the tow yard..then Cindy freaked out, cleaned car, found Casey, yelled at her awhile, calls fake 911s, then says she believes everything her daughter tells her...Casey layers up and fakes up! C&G go on fake searches for Caylee and George has a fake suicide attack and never does search for the fake Nanny..it's all a fake show on the part of the Anthonys.

I agree with you on cindy freaking out over the car and it's contents. And they have played this fake play way too long. They are going to hang their own daughter so long as they are not charged. I think Cindy and Casey are as thick as thieves and Cindy is the Nanny who supposedly gave Casey those so called instructions. One for sure is the killer, the other either helped or covered. visa versa. It's too much to digest.
