  • how come you have to use doubble reins on him?? i have a 4yo haflinger cross and hes amazing at dressage =)

  • @Megglez94 because im riding him in a pelham, and using double reins are better than roundings when riding in a pelham.

  • As always, your Haflinger is moving beautifully. I cannot get my darling Haflinger to move faster off the leg in the RING. Out in the field she can extend. Any suggestions?

  • @hunthevalley, thankyou very much! i don't really have any suggestions. If i had that problem i would properly do really fast, fun work in the ring and school outside - see if that changes anything and just gradually get the schooling in the ring. Hope all goes well.

  • great work! Reminds me a bit of ahorse i ride but the one i ride is 14 haha (: he used to be a horse-ball horse when he was younger but stopped early and came to our riding school (: hes a adorable! I did 2 medium tests with him not long ago and won 1st prize :D so yeah
