  • I have no doubt that David Eugene Edwards is a committed Christian. (Listen to the the totality of his music, and see the documentary "The Preacher.") This does not mean he might not have struggles. He seems really fried here when he talks in the beginning. In other videos where I have heard him speak he seems quite lucid and articulate

  • David's humilty shines through and thats what I admire most.

  • I am not what you call a believer but this guy got something about him, make you shiver, my guess is that art is bigger than religion

  • I can't believe how humble he is. If anyone should be allowed to play this, it is him.

  • @Deathsiren HUmble? I think he's just screwed up on drugs haha

  • @ProjektLament You obviously know nothing abotu DEE.... Given the fact that he IS a humble guy and is a Christian would prove your comment to be stupid immature and idiotic...

  • @MADdwarfWorkshop Because Christians and humble people never do drugs? Is that your argument? You haven't met too many Christians, have you. Stop crying cause I made a joke about your would-be boyfriend.

  • David Eugene Edwards singing a (semi) happy song? *brain explodes*

  • Thanks, my darling daughter, for this gift; sorry it took so long for me to find...

I remember 16 HP covering this, and never knew it was Dylan, it's so DEE!

  • #1 debts paid. live your life. #2 just as well you're not too familiar with bob's songs since there's 100 more in this same vein just as aching and you'd never get out of the house. so to keep you from being a recluse i suggest you skip his first 40 years and proceed directly to 2001 and 'modern times' a cd you'd do very well with. a mix of americana, folk rock, and blues. pretty safe to say most of us will still be here waiting. your seductive treatment here @2:16 on out insures it. glorious.

  • God Bless this beautiful man and his music.

  • If anyone is allowed to play it, it's Edwards.
