@allanbrito1i yes, if your PC is the media server it must stay on while you watch/listen to your media

hello i just set this up, and it works great. I am streaming wirelessly from my desktop to my ps3.

Hello , i installed ps3ms about 6 months ago and its been working fine up untill today.
What happened today is the following: all of a sudden the streaming is awfull it takes 20 secs to load a movie and then it keeps freezin every minute or so.
I honestly dont know why , cause its been working fine up untill this moment it aint my pc speed cause i used to stream hd with no slowdown whatsoever.
Ii you have any idea what could be causing this please let me know. Thank You

Tried it with Avatar 1080p on XBOX and its like 5fps.. on PS3 its working fine.

Ok so i installed k lite but i found that the video's were a bit off and i saw a vid from the internet where the colors were all mixed up and green so i think something needs to be configured, so i went to options in the k lite media player classic and went to Formats, and there under file extentions i switched everything on.. I don't know what i did and if it helps what do u think i should do to get the best out of it :/
