You need to be 16 to be allowed to buy alcohol under the 15%. Most people of the States are jealous of this, but we can't get our driver license before we turn 18. Luckily this is probobly gonna change soon. Drugs is also allowed in the Netherlands, but we can't use it in public (and drinking alcohol neighter).
