From what I know, freedom of assembly doesn't exist anymore.

Now you need a permit to protest or assemble,

usually a permit FROM the people you are protesting (governtment, city) etc

Which also why this happened on Saturday, not on a weekday, which would have more impact. Surrounding the capitol with no 1 there, they really don't care, as you can see with our new healthcare.
