  • does your system work well with hard money loans?

  • With subject to deals, there's no need for hard money or credit or even cash.

  • Lenders VERY rarely call the loan due and if you use a land trust, the beneficiary isn't on public record so the lender won't know. It really doesnt matter if anyone finds out though. And yes, it will work in any market.
