@LPfavoryte go menu, then cheats and then press three times next, and now there cheats should be "Katana/Machete rapidthrow" or something like that.

You can find it in the Postal 2 mod:AWP when you start in the little Hoese where is the Shovel and the Healthpipe too. The cheat is Bladey and Bullet.
