Also Shivering Sands, which looks just like it but is missing the AA Tower that connects the Command Center Tower to the Search Light Tower due to a ship running into it and destroying it.

one of the towers at shivering sands was hit in fog by a ship, the one at the nore was dismantled, that makes redsands the only complete army fort in the world

I was a DJ on Radio 390 in 1967 and returned for a look a couple of years ago. Theyare somewhat more rusty, but are being refurbished.

Redsands is an intact fort. All of these towers stand today. One was knocked over, but that wasnt on redsands. There were other sets of forts, 2 up north which are now gone and, shivering sands fort which you can see from redsand fort in the distance, but the towers of shivering sands are not in as good condition as Redsands. I have recently visited redsands and i have been inside the control tower. Amazing!
