How do you get one of thoes trucks? I guess you have to have a business account right? I rented a 22 Penske no air brakes and under CDL. BTW I have never seen doubles that are 53'.

i live in the uk and i'm jealous of the both of you. just accept that you both have better countries than me and that should stop you bickering (look the word up if you don't know wqhat it means) peace.
What a lot flat land at 1:34. Canada is really big. That is really something else than the tiny country where I life, the Netherlands. We don't have that :-( It's a overcrowded place to life :-(
i still dont understand why canadas roads are in such horrible shape. americas roads are all very smooth and regualrly maintained (check out trucking in utah), but canada has much higher taxes and refuses to ever put any of it into roads and infrastructure. its horrible driving on some of the highways
Duh, because the winters are a lot harsher, and the constant ice and cold eats up the highways. Also, in a country that is bigger that the USA and with almost ten times less the population, you have to understand that keeping highways up to scratch may not be that simple.
You talk about Utah, but you've got a lot of crappy main roads in the USA too. California, New Mexico, New York, Michigan are some of the ones that come in mind. It is astounding!
correct me if im wrong, but the money per capita is much higher in the USA for roads and they are constantly rebuilding maintaining them. i have lived in canada and they really wait to redo a road or are far behind the USA. Driving in Manitoba you notice as soon as you cross the border into North Dakota (places with as harsh a winter) the roads are perfect and kept up as well. I am no expert, I am simply asking questions.
@rogertrucker or I81 through PA. dear GOD, a 24ft box truck to canada up that interstate, cracks every 100ft , incessant BUMP BUMP BUMP BUMP for 200 miles
LOL ok buddy, dont be jealious that canada is by far a MUCH better country then the USA.. utah probably does not get much snow if any we get lots with lots of sand and salt also down there its little pussy 2 axle loads up here we got 2,3,4,5,6,7 axle loads so that grinds up the road more to.. dont you have any common sence... and itleast we dont have to pay for health care LMAO
uh, im not comparing cold to hot im comparing manitoba to north dakota just as cold just as much salt and sand, FAR better highways if you ever drive on USA roads youd know that canadas shit roads you got a million uncontrolled intersections (not an overpass) and your overpasses are shit compared too dangerous pussy speed limit of 60 mph while north dakota is 75. and there is nothing pussy about taking care of your highways.
no one is jealous of canada every canadian thats been to america wants to live in america case in point and if youd ever been you woudlnt talk like a moron. and you do pay for health care its called taxes if you mean the rich pay for the poor unvoluntarily thats called socialism and it doesnt help because now you give up your freedom with the government controlling what you get with VERY limited resources. why you bring this argument up, i got no clue. we were talking bout highways.
@seinfeld120 Your such an idiot I feel if I even attempted to insult you, you'd be too stupid to understand it....
"every canadian thats been to america wants to live in america" I was an American and moved to Canada because it's a much better country. The government treats you much better, you can actually breath without inhaling toxic gases and you're not surrounded by fat, rude and stupid people.
@braydenmartindale speak for yourself Eh?, im here in teh us, and im not fat, nor stupid. but i can see where you are coming from with the comment lol. wouldnt mind coming to canada myself for a while.
you gotta have trucking in your blood. i i know i do when i realize im getting excited watching you drive along that first highway with no traffic and nothing but trees.
so was it like slip seating? I know all about the flooding. I lived in morden, manitoba for 4 years. Morris is the worst for floods...cuts the town in half! nice vid!
For starters, all rental trucks are crappy trucks. I don't mind binders, I just wish they built their trucks not so cheap. The 9400 I use to drive was a lot better than this!
Did you have to have a business account to rent that truck?

How was the steering on that new Prostar? They are supposed to have pretty good steering. Did the Peterbilt still have nicer steering?

Wiw, At least it looks like the 8600 though,. I guess it's because of the doors. It's a good truck though.
