I see no one has been talking about this lately.. I want to get the exact same theme effect. the procedure you have elaborated on in the blog is intense and am not sure I am doing the right thing (which does not happen often). I want to know if doing this is safe.. and more importantly the battery life.. how does this effect the battery life.. I want the phone to look sexy but don't want it to die on me soon!!

@RudyRadas To get the firmware files, you'll need to download and install Navifirm. After installing it, find your phone and model, and then download the firmware. To find your product code (required for Navifirm), you'll need to download Nemesis Service Suite.

@pundekbtol Hey. There's an app out there that lets you make your own c2z patch file. Google this: c2z patch maker.

Download the app on your hacked phone and install it. And then just run the app. It will create the c2z file that will work on your phone. Then just use that.

Is it worth the risk? All you really get is one effect it seems.

@Lewis1985 There's really no risk. It does make the phone a bit more unstable and the effects use more battery. If you don't want them, don't bother with any of this. Most apps can be self-signed anyways.

@mylionheart21 I keep the c2z patch enabled all the time. The widget windows shouldn't stay black after loading... Try using one of the default Nokia themes and see if you still have that issue. It might just be the current theme you're using.

thanks a lot man! but when i disable the c2z patch from rom patcher i don't have the full effect and i have to disable it because many of the widget windows stay black after loading... is it normal?
