The house from season 2 is so different from the house in season 10. The DR in BB10 is more sound proof and confined so Dan could be as loud as he wanted. But Bunky cant cause people could hear what hes saying in the next room if he raises his voice.

no its dont count your chickens before they hatch. meaning you dont know it will be a chicken in the egg cause the chicken may not actually survive the hatching process. the "hatch" is bringing the chickens from the eggs so don't count your egg's before they hatch makes no sense.
