Try D9th: 1st finger 1st fret (B string) 2nd finger 2nd fret (G string). Slide both up together to the 3rd and 4th frets then back down. On Album Mick Taylor does a slide from the 8th fret E string and 10th fret B string up to 10th and 12th then back to 6th and 7th
