They don't really have the big eyes and tall nose most Asians think you should have to be considered beautiful. However, they are considered very exotic to most Westerners. I personally think they are beautiful but the perception of beauty between Western and Eastern cultures is very different.

Hye Park is pretty but again, in Asian's eyes, perhaps just a bit above average. Asians tend to like the faces of the following: Goo Hara, Yoona, Han Ga In, Song Hye Kyo, Kim Tae Hee (especially the last three). You will see these women have the bigger eyes, smaller/taller nose, pale skin, etc.
Goo Hara and Song Hye Kyo, Kim Tae Hee are GORGEOUS. Especially Goo Hara who looks just like a doll. Too cute, but sincerely, LIU WEN is better looking than them all at the exception of Goo Hara who is super beautiful. Even Du Juan is better looking than some of them

Most people simply do not have the means to get exposure. I'm Chinese and I'm 5'10" and I'm a girl. My dad's 6 foot and mom is also 5'10". Granted we're Americans so we grew up with a different sort of nutrition.

yeppp, the asian perception of beauty is very much a whole "the grass is greener on the other side" issue..
they love westerners (like ALL european people)
and have almost a checklist that defines "beauty" :
large eyes, double eyelids, tall straight noses, etcetc.
everything the majority DOESN'T HAVE, basically... (although in several regions of china the dominant trait is very large, creased, eyes..)
t's sad really... personally i think that aspect of asian culture is very closed minded :\
