You don't shake string. You shake your hand up and down. Finger stays on the string, it's just hand, that shakes. (Sory, my english is pretty bad so I can't tell you in details how to do it, but the thing is, that that vibration, that you create with the hand movement passes over to the string:P)

Just visited an old friend once again and he was still there and he was still great. A welcome adventure. Someone elsewhere suggested a CD. If you do have a shot, then for me it would be great if you cut the videos as is - not studio hyped and all correct. And I would suggest a DVD rather than a video. Sort of like James Blunt approach.
