In reality it transitions to ANY tone once you understand the pricipals taught in my course about dissonance consonance and resolution. Visit our discussion board for more info
It would be helpful if you used it in a song to show it being used in a real situation. Good passing chord but it takes some trial and error to know when to use it. What does it transition to? you only taught half of it. Thanks for the passing chord though. I'm gonna use it to transition to different chords to see what works.
instead of all that... just drop the top note down 1/2 step, whole step... a lot faster when playn. works for me. (just a thought, hopefully it will help som1) enjoy.
Thats correct.. thats just ONE possibility that I am sharing with you....Suppose I gave you 20-30 more different possibilities. Get the course and you can get the other 30!!!
awesome trick thanks

I like the way you break it down. I have been playing for years and is looking for a way to create great chords.Would your coarse be good for that?

Am I missing something? That wasn't an F chord was it?
oweisman 2 years ago
@oweisman Yes this is an F chord(F Maj9) because of the root.

you were right the first time. the bass should have been a 'C'. the B was nice too though.

this is flawed man because your saying that what every chord that ends in g will have the same minor 7 aug 5 chord as a passing chord.
