His attorney is using the only defense he can. It is technically valid however I doubt anyone will buy it cause its pretty obvious what the real deal is here. Plus cases like this where a celebrity is being "messed with" usually always go in favor of the celebrity and were its freaking David Letterman in a NY court *lol if the trail could take place in Alaska then he may have a snow balls chance in hell, but in NY this guy is SOL.

@undocumentedspot The National Inquirer would have at least given him six figures , But then he would have been known as a snitch and no one would have wanted anything to do with him. He wanted Lettermen to hide his misdeeds as well. Now he isn't gonna get one red cent and his personal creditability is shot anyhow and im sure he will do a few months if not years of jail time. If he is smart he will try to get a plea with house arrest but he doesn't seem smart so far *lol
