We call it 'douglarisaion' colloquially and its quite the norm. Tinidad is really a melting pot of sorts and their isn't really any racial boundaries at all, aamof u'd be hard pressed to find even one family that is ethnically homogenous. In Trinidad the culture has blended all into one, so unless its the census u'd say 'i'm a trini' not indo, afro, etc.
