Jake Williams (bass) was struck by a hit & run drive in Austin TX 8/26/08 resulting in a traumatic brain injury. Because of The Mary Lee Foundation and MusiCares, he has made remarkable gains and plans to begin classes at Austin Community College in June. His recovery has been an inspiration to others and his care and concern for others with TBI has shown the character of Jake that many in Chattanooga never knew he had.
