  • FAIL!

if you had used the hinge method you would have got it straight and in the middle of your laptop and not off to one side. when applying any vinyl graphics you should always push out the air and smooth it out in 1 direction only (and not in a criss-cross direction). it also helps to put a soft cloth over your credit card to save scratching the graphics, as a well worn card may have some sharp edges that you didnt know about.

  • @Cre8iveSignWorks This is NOT a vinyl product, but instead a higher quality and longer lasting sticker that comes off clean. Different rules are followed to achieve successful placement.

well then it should have been easier to get it straight then!

  • @Cre8iveSignWorks We do have another video using the hinge method - definitely a lot easier. Because of the material we use it's less resistant to be scratched by a card - which is why you don't need a cloth to cover the card. Our product is very durable.

ok then, but i just think if you use the hinge method on this demo

you would have got it on straighter.

( but looking back, i might have been a lil harsh on you )

    cheers

  • cool stop motion photography on this video. and easy to understand how to install a custom laptop skin.
