yep, it is what they refer to as 'Jupiter' Do I believe it is a planet? Nope. See my vids for further validation. Good video, try turning your exposure down on camera next time...it will make it faster/easier to see the brightness within the darkness. Cheers ;)

Are u sure that's not Jupiter an it's moons? It's the brightest thing in the sky right now, and it looks exactly like that.. Check for yourself.
