  • "Its not about how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up again"

Great work folks! I need this myself!

  • Isn't a bit dangerous for your muscle memory of "correct" movements to train" wrong" movements?

  • evry1 love parkour or 3run shuld watch it

  • you inspired me !! ;)

  • really liked this, when you were trying certain passes to feet clipping you were landing on the other side with both hands and one foot, its just an idea but you could try getting these into rolls.

  • really really nice, very cool the way you react to cat pass when feet clip. enjoyed very much!

  • cool

  • I spose' best thing to do after you've clipped your feet is to roll.

Not sure why you didn't do that, haha.

  • Wow, I never even thought of something like this. Training to react to mistakes in movement is a great idea. Being able to react quickly and safely when you happen to fail a move is just as important as being able to do the move at all. Excellent video

  • preparing yourself for any situation is parkour, and thats exactly what hes doing..great job chaos.

  • very usefull, man! THANKS ALOT!

  • wtf? crap! JOKE haha im messin. I love this video, ive tried to tell every one I train with about this kind of preparation. I try to include this into my training 80% of the time along with practicing getting up with speed from a laying position or sitting position and putting myself in other kinds of ugly situations to work on explosiveness and prepare myself for when it does happen.

  • @ Negative commenters. He is trying to train his instincts so that when he falls or makes a mistake he will know what to do to overcome injures or lost flow. This kind of training is really smart. This is something that should be in every tracuers schedule!

  • Yeah the guy keeps falling, he must be crap

  • haha :P

  • @chaos9099 lol nice answer ;)

  • hey man. great video. i liked the way you got your message across.

  • thats the most origonal idea ive seen for a Parkour training video. Im gona subscribe dude if you dont mind?

  • Very good video... Carefully and instinct are important parts of training of all traceurs. Keep in training man.

Btw. same question from me, what is this music?

    Greetz from Poland, KaczyX.

  • What is sound ?? please

  • Homecoming (ft.chris martin) - Kanye West

  • you're right ;-) you must prepared for everything. But when you do something you have to do it wihout any risk with 100% concentration, but in hole --- Life is a risk and it could happen something bad in any time. So practising relexes are a very good training, it may lokk something strange but it is very efficient. Thank you for this inspiration ;)

We must be prepared for everything.

"Is plan A a fail have plan B until Plan Z in mind. ^^

    Greetz by Cikey from germany

  • interesting technique man.

You are really talented. Physically and mentally. Props.

  • mint idea . love it how you bail the cat passes and land ok.. i would just die i think. or not risk it . really inspiring work=)

  • sexual

  • to reply to people who are saying that its a good idea to prepare for when things go wrong.

instead of that you should train so things dont go wrong.

    thats my oppinion anyway.

  • yeah but accidents can still happen, we are only human you nonce!!

  • we are onlly human yeah but parkour is about evolving the mind

  • kie sorry but you cant call anyone a nonce, you are great but it seems like you just big yourself up since you ignore all your 'fans'.

he was bailing on purpose. i doubt he could do that if it was an accident

  • the nonce bit was joking otherwise i would of used a much more offensive word ;) how am i bigging myself up?? i admit i used to be really quite egotistical (the "to inspire" video for example) but that was a while ago and i hope that my attitude is a lot more modest... anyhoo, hes trying to train it into muscle memory so if he does bail, then he should naturally be able to catch himself because it is training instinct.

    sorry for any offense

    kie

  • same to you but that to inspire vid was great, i loved it. theres one clip from it that you have to put up, i dunno how to explain it though. you swung through a bar then above it.

sorry again i just though you were being arrogant, cheers

  • thats cool man :) im sorry for insulting you and thanks

  • btw do you know who i am?? you added me on msn agggges ago and we spoke for abit, after that you didnt speak so i just thought you might be kinda snobby now lol, you seem like a decent guy

  • i dont speak to ANYONE on msn lol except maybe pip and my girlfriend. so dont take offense :) keen man. we should train sometime soon

  • things can always go wrong at times you don't want them too. best to prepare.

  • what you should try is going for a kong and divin too far :P

or missing your hands on a dash lol

    that would be crazy

  • fantastic idea for training in Parkour, it's raw and real anything can go wrong glad you practice all the possible outcome.

    happy training!

  • super inspiring!!!

    thanx a lot!!

  • haha! such an eye opener for what is rarely trained! you've inspired me to be more prepared for when movement goes wrong =)

  • great! :)Does anyone know what's that song?

  • I found it! Kanye West(feat.chris martin)- Homecoming :)

  • Whats the rap tune my traceur friend?

  • awesome man, very original stuff, interested to see what comes of this kind of training, loving it bro

  • That's a great idea for training.

  • that´s great

  • Muito bom. Este treino pode me ajudar. O vídeo é bem editado e os enquadramentos bons.

  • 1:23 thats happened to me before and i did the same thing he did lol

  • It's a nice video and all. But i don't believe it really helps your instinct since its planned. Sure it will help in the fact that you now know several different ways of bailing the same move. But like when you're practicing bails, you're kinda of ready for it already like hands are where they should be and what not, you already know whats going to happen next. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

  • Wow.. inspired by your ways of thinking, i like the way you practice your falls for future events... somethink i think we all should practice. all the best in future my friend.. Regards Daniel Ilabaca

  • Wow, what great training. It will surely improve your parkour, make it more second nature

One question though... When you make yourself trip by hooking your foot on the bar on those vaults... shouldn't you be training your instinct to be to ROLL? And not catch yourself with your hands and one leg?

Just a bit unsure. Was wondering what you were training there... I mean no offense or anything

You are fucking incredible by the way. More training vids soon please!

  • what if you trip on a railing from height?

  • From wait level he falls on his hands. From a height, he would fall face first. Jackie Chan would still roll from it

But if it was from a great height... I think that'll be one of those times when front flips will truly be useful :)

I meant no offense whatsoever, I was just wondering why you, chaos, chose to catch yourself with you hands and not roll, that's all. It's not wrong to ask right? :(

  • no offcourse not. rolling is definitly a good choise to learn. I wanted this video to open up some eyes and not to fill in all the awnsers. I'm glad some of you are thinking for them selfs and comming with solutions. Like rolling.

the reason i didn't choise to roll is because of my experience with some clips. i didn't get the time to roll. but its something i suggest you practise as well. like i said this video is not a solutions to your problems just there to open up some eyes ;)

  • sick man, really good vid, shows alot of the neglected aspects of parkour that should always be trained. peace, calum.

  • chaos+1

  • nice

  • es que tu fait par exipres pour tomber?

  • Inspiring!

  • Lol why do you always have small bails compared to mine ><

    Ah well inspirational as always.

    *we need to train again*

  • Nice dude, never thought of working on bails before, genius

  • interesting!

  • "Ca! Ca c'est le vrai Parkour!"

    ;)

  • Nice. I'm actually inspired to start practicing bails now, it could really help you save yourself. Thanks for the inspiring video.

  • 5stars ..

    really enjoy..

    keep going..

    :D

  • Mooi, idd parkour deze kant van parkour had ik nog niet eens ontdekt.

  • oh man, and I was thinking about making a series of bail tutorials... you totally beat me to it!

    nice job though!
