Terry motivated me to pick up running when I was 10. Now at 17 I am able run at the university level in Cross country and Track and field. It is up to us to follow his example and improve the life of others in whatever way we can. Terry Fox will continue to inspire people long after his passing. Thanks Terry!

Every year my kids school does the "Terry Fox" run.  Most if not all the schools in Calgary do the "Terry Fox"run. They learn about his life, his goals, and his accomplishments. They learn to remember his spirit and his drive to help find a cure for Cancer. Each school raises money on behalf of Terry Fox. I remember doing this run in my school in the 80's.
