I've stayed here enough times...and I can tell you that Exel is an equivalent of Northern

That much be anoying for people who stay there that they have hear that ringing non stop all the the way up or down.

@SPS148669 - I couldn't actually hear the elevators from my room when I stayed there. I could only hear them if I opened the door to my room. Even then, it wasn't that loud until you walked up to the elevator doors. The door to my room was just beside the elevator shafts.

While waiting on a level for an elevator, I love how you can hear the bell ringing for several floors before elevator arrives at that level and her it leaving again from a level.
