  • Idk why the fuck the military isnt buying Dragon Skin it stops bullets especially AK 47 bullets which are mostly used in Afghanistan and Iraq it stops a grenades even if u jump on it and i know this cause i saw a video of it. also there are Dragon Skin Knee Pads which stop a bullet and stop shrapnel of an IED which is what we need so our troops dont lose their legs or arms.

  • we need body armor that can STOP a bullet and NOT make you bleed at all. it needs to absorb the kinetic energy and that can stop at least 7.62 rounds (AK-47) or more

  • we need light full body armor that is angled to deflect bullets!

  • Thats great... you can be buried with great knees!!!

  • Does the US Army use it? if not, they might wanna consider getting a new set of elbow/knee pads...

  • Interesting. Is it available for civilians?

  • sapperzulu: This particular pad is rated for Threat Level II, which is similar in penetration resistance to the original Kevlar helmet.

killsometimedude: Why does it not work?

  • Are these level IIIA rated?

  • this thing doesn't work

  • Do you have any suggestions on how I can improve them to meet your standards?

  • it doesnt look that good

  • You are correct depending on the size of the projectile or fragment. A broken or shattered knee is still preferable over having the projectile piercing the knee and exiting the back of the leg, causing rapid blood loss and possible death in a short period of time. It also reduces the odds that the wearer will have his or her leg amputated and gives the orthopedic surgeon more options in repairing the damage.

  • the kinetic energy impact will still smash ur knee.
