Using a bath winch in a old abandoned hospital

Looks like fun to me... Interesting how the lift worked and operated. How old was this place?

The hospital was closed down in about 1995.. most of the complex has been built on but still left is two small detached wings which I believe were for young handicaped children and one large hospital and a special needs school...
