The Start menu is been in the same place since windows 95...is not a Windows Vista thing. Even Linux or Ubuntu has menus coming out, does it mean they copyed Macintosh? Please Steve Jobs! Not to mention macintosh OS was initially a "copy" of another operating system.

this is apple's problem. they spend more time attacking windows and ms than they do making something that i would want to use. they came close when it comes to hardware with the new clamshell macbook series but failed in the end with price and afew other things. in the end all macs are are incompadible versions of the mighty pc. they simply cant compete with windows and linux so they have to point out flaws (weather they are real or not) the make themselves feel more secure, like bullies.

Thats incorrect. You can use Windows and Windows applications on a Mac. Either virtually with software like Parallels or natively with Boot Camp.

sorry, alot has changed in that 11 months. among other things I have gotten smarter and wiser. Although Dell, HP, etc. aren't better than apple, and mac OS is way better than windows, apple's restrictions on everything ruins their OS even more than m$ because at least the heaping pile of 3rd party apps and some aspects of windows offer you a least some freedom. Ultimatly, the best hardware is in a well built custom comp, and the best OS and soft. across the board is gnu/linux.
