lol i was having this problem. i ended up using a air duster can and purging the pumps and it worked... this prob would have been alot easier but i didnt see it in time....oh well still got my coffee
Thank you! This worked with the B60 Special Edition, but we left it unplugged for more than 5 seconds, and left the handle down, not lifted like your in your video. The backlight seemed to be the key.. If the blue backlight didn't come on when you tried this trick, then it's pretty much never gonna be ready. If the light's on, the Keurig is happy. Good luck to others with this problem!

Worked like a champ. Other posts I found focused on making sure you have a good seal with the water tank but that didn't help my situation at all.
This did the trick and I'm now brewing again. Yeah!!
