The tools you need are...winmenc, virtualdubmod, umd tools psp, mps to pmf, and ease audio converter. Took me an hour to make a 2:26 one. And it was worth it!

would you happen to know where i could get these files because i have Cintro and currently im using a normal gameboot as my start up which is around 3 sec but i wanted to make that longer.
