Very easy install. Not hard at all actually. Just had to improvise on the bracket for the actually tips. But other then that very easy

Because I want to. It doesn't need it tho. I just want it so I don't have any rev limiter on it.
do you have to run the controller or is it just because you want to
nope not yet. gonna be getting a fuel controller soon. the video cant pick up my max rpms tho, but it hits 96 dbs. gave me way more throttle response also. got some other work done to the sxs but it seems to run very good even on stock fuel control
