She is a wonderful skater. She's the ONLY female skater that does a backflip on the ice. I fail to understand why she has never won the gold metal.

Wow, she's still SKATING! REMARKABLE and MIRACULOUS skating for a woman her age. She's got energy and passion to boot! I don't ever want to see her retiring! I LOVE SURYA!!!!

Surya is one of the only professional skaters who continues to do triple jumps. Most will settle with peasley little doubles, but she proves that she was definitely one of the most atheletic skaters to ever compete.
