For the idiots who think narutos was weaker that wasn't the case at all lol. Sauskes chidori at the time was intended to kill naruto because sasukes fucked in the head and naruto didn't want to do that to Sauske so he didn't use the strong version of it.

Think about it. Chidori is equal to an imperfect Rasengan before this. Chidori is a lightning release move which means it is an elemental attack. Now, since Naruto has perfected the Rasengan by adding in an element, I am pretty sure the perfected Rasengan (Wind Release: Rasengan) should be more powerful than Chidori.

@lukchardhsl No no no,you are forgetting something,the Rasengan that Naruto used in this video is a normal Rasengan,and Rasenshuriken is an upgrade of the normal rasengan,and not even Naruto with his tailed beast healing could not use this tehnique more than a couple times,so Chidori=Normal Rasengan

Chidori and Rasengan are equal, or have you not yet learned from their clashes. They cancel each other out every time.

This doesn't mean that one jutsu was stronger than the other. Chidori is meant to be an assassination type move, thats why it required so much speed to be used. Rasengan is meant to be an attacking move, which is why it explodes when it strikes.
