  • I was wondering... could you possibly do an instrumental for "Macadamia Nut", with only Dot's part silent? I love that song!!!

  • @AnnaTheWonderGirl01 As that used the original Macarena recording, I'm sure there already must be at least one Macarena MIDI file out there somewhere.

  • I sung this several times, and couldn't stop!

I will definitely take up the challenge! I will do it once in my regular voice, and then once in the voice of my Animaniacs OC.

  • @AnnaTheWonderGirl01 Cool. I've known many people over the years who have created their own Warner character, but none of them has ever had a unique voice for theirs.

  • I did this twice...now I just need to stop reading "Swaziland" as "Switzerland"...

  • Has anyone noticed the video question? The answer: Algeria

  • @Dimtheod12 No, the answer is Benin/Dahomey.

  • @Keeper1st But He says Algeria and Algiers and he's pointing the same country

  • @Dimtheod12 Algiers is a city. He does the same with naming the city of San Juan and the whole of Puerto Rico separately. However, in neither case is that naming the same whole country twice, nor does the entire country light up on the map twice. Benin, on the other hand, is lit up twice because it's also mentioned by its former name, Dahomey.

  • thanks for uploading this. this is the only good kareoke version i have found since i recently learned this entire song

  • Omg this is soo hard !!! XD haha.

  • what's the name of this tune? i want my friend to learn it on the banjo for me, but i need to name to find the music! please help!

  • @secrets0mint It's simply based a traditional tune known as The Mexican Hat Dance.

  • My own parody (The Nintendo Games Song):

VERSE 1: Donkey Kong, Exctitebike, Duck Hunt, Punch Out, Metal Gear, Castlevania, Wario's Woods, Mario Bros, Mega Man 1 to 6, Adventure Island too! Super Mario Bros 1 to 3, Milon's Secret Castle and still, Spelunker, Contra and then Gradius cannot be forgotten too! Gradius 2, Kid Icarus, Metroid, Ducktales 1 and 2 and Kirby's Adventure, and of course The Legend of Zelda 1 and 2 are worth to remember too!

  • @XxChirikoxX No, seriously DO IT!!!! Please? i'll give credit...

  • @XxChirikoxX NO, but really, PLEASE DOI IT!! I'll give credit and everything! :)

  • @XxChirikoxX Can you post a video of you singing your version? I'd like to do this one, but I'm a bit puzzled by the cadence.

  • thanks for the lyrics ,!!!! , i dont have to write it down. my humanities teacher said if we memories this in this speed he would give that person 20 dollars.

  • I know him from the begin to the end!!!!!!

  • @GomesPaula123 Ik zie die Nederlandse reactie van jou niet. xD

  • Comment removed

  • Ahh I lose it at 0:56 , even with lyrics lol

  • I now know up to 1:13

  • I know up to 0:56!

  • ARE YOU ABLE TO DO THIS FOR There's Only One of You?? PLEASE! I've tried. And failed. Epically.

PLEASE DO IT. DOOOO IITTTTT. I wanna try out for a school thing and you gotta audition with a "cheesy" song, and while I dunno if this is cheesy, I love that song. PWEASE?

  • They Miss Out Alot Of Countries

  • So what if it's lost its educational value.. it's still fun as heck to sing! XDD

  • And China/Tibet ? Mahore/France ? And Indonesia/Borneo/Sumatra ?

There are a lot of strange things in this song :P

  • OK, it is Benin/Dahomey ;) You can say something about Israel/Palestine.. But there are other strange things: Greece and Crete are both sang and what do you think of England and Scotland but not Wales?

  • Should be required viewing in geography class, especially in my country, where kids geographical knowledge is lamentable.

  • where'd you get the vid in hd?

  • @JonathanHallShow It's not in HD, really; it just from the DVD.

  • Can you please upload the song with Wakko's voice? You have the best quality. Can you let me know when you're done, too? :) jongraves1@juno.com Thank you! My daughter's been asking for stuff like this.

  • @jjg4jc7576 I can't sing it with my own or Yakko's voice -- never mind as Wakko might do it!

  • I did this a capella at my church camp's talent show (I wish I could've used this music!) A lot of people were like, "...whoa."

  • WITH THE LYRICS I ACTUALLY GOT UP TO ZIMBABWE

  • I know the last part

  • I can get to the beginning of Africa, but without the lyrics, the music that comes after Japan makes me laugh and mess up. =)

  • Gabon is where I always mess up! Also, it is Israel formerly known as Palestine that is also said twice.

  • @iuzhin No; it is Benin/Dahomey.

  • @Keeper1st i am saying that Benin/Dahomey is one, but Israel/Palestine is another one.

  • No, it isn't. The Republic of Dahomey changed its name to the Republic of Benin. Israel is part of the region traditionally known as Palestine, but modern "Palestine" still exists in its own territories within the region -- however disputed.

  • @Keeper1st Benin/Dahomey is one, but Israel/Palestine is another one.

  • @iuzhin Only it isn't.

  • @Keeper1st I don't understand.

  • @iuzhin Palestine is a distinct region, which is occupied by the countries of Israel, and Palestine (in the form of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.)

Algeria is the other one that he repeats.

  • I'M SO GOING TO SING THIS IN FRONT OF SCHOOL! :D

  • what about vatican city !

  • @mrfederer97 it's not a city

  • my music teacher said he would give someone £100 if they learnt this song off by heart and sang it with NO mistakes, he's been saying this for 3 years but no one could do it. Then i came along...AND DID IT! now im £100 richer. I'll post it as a response its much better that the other responses.

  • @Keeper1st I can't thank you enough for the lyrics in the description, and for the excellent MIDI composition ^_^

  • is it scotland and england that are said twice?

  • @iuzhin No, each of those is said once. It's Benin, formerly Dahomey. Both names are used in the song, lighting up the same country on the map twice.

  • @Keeper1st you were right!!!!

  • @iuzhin Algeria is said twice, as well. Once as "Algeria", and again, as "Algeer", I suppose for the sake of a couple of syllables and a proper rhyme. "Asia" is used that way too, though it's a continent, not a country.

  • @graphiteghost

    1. Alegria and Algier are 2 differnet countries

    2. When they say Asia, they are adding syllables to make it Bangladesh, Asia. They are using it like San Diego, California.

  • @iuzhin Algiers is the capital city of Algeria, actually. So it's half right. It's not the case of the entire country being lit twice as it is with Benin / Dahomey.

  • 14 September 1993!!!! That's 3 days after I was born!!!

    The memories....

  • @pooka543 "six days after i was born". why do i put this "? because i was born in 1999

  • I've finally learnt it!!! :D

  • The should have this for Rock Band...lol

  • I `ve send my fandub but how to make it a video response

  • @MultiDelt It's not as obvious as it used to be. Next to the box where you write a comment, there's an "Attach a video" link.

  • @Keeper1st

    Thank you I`ve done it!

  • The real question is why South Africa is missing.

  • @frogboy7000 I guess they were segregated from this song. It was 1993, after all; Apartheid was still in effect!

  • @frogboy7000 Twenty nations were intentionally excluded for runtime; South Africa was one of them.

  • i wish justan bieber, hannah montana, and taylor swift sounded like this.

  • @windsockstudios You mean, no vocals?

  • @weckar exactly.

  • i liked the part where he named countries

  • I can sing it finally!!!! Over two weeks I gotta perform. XD!

  • I memorized it. It is an awesome tool for tests! I have to label places, and a lot of them are in order (ex: Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan are all in order in a counter-clockwise circle)

  • i just notices something, i can only get this song right if i do the yakko impression, and if i dont i mess up; dont know how but i just do.

  • Ich kanns endlich auswendig und hier mitsingen xD

  • lol. love his face at 0:32 , 0:37 , 0:56 , 1:20 , 1:26.

I love how he spins the wand thingy (whatever) at 1:36

And lastly, I just love Yakko from 0:01 to 1:55

(: [which youl notice is the whole thing. GO YAKKO!!!!!!

  • Thank you soooo much!!! I gotta sing this on school. XD! God is hard!!!!!

  • I think the country that's mentioned twice is Algeria. However he calls it Algeria and Algiers.

    The latter is the capital.

  • @renehenckens True, but that's not the country being called twice.

  • @Keeper1st

Yeah...I just realized it's Congo and Zaire...they're actually mentioned simultaniously. My bad ;)

  • @renehenckens No, those are two different countries. Although Zaire is now known as The Democratic Republic of the Congo, it's still a different country than the Republic of the Congo. (Confusing, isn't it?) Back when this cartoon was made, the DR Congo was still called Zaire, and the Republic of the Congo was able to be called simply "Congo" since it was the only one with that name! Anyway, the country mentioned and lit up twice is Benin, also called by its earlier name, Dahomey.

  • @Keeper1st Did not know that :)

    Thanks

  • This is awesome.

  • I tried too sing it, its hard xD

  • do you have the mp3 for this? if so...can I have it??? :D

  • @SSdetectiveagency If you open the description to find the link, you can.

  • I so have to try this, if I don't get too lazy! >w< Thanks for posting this!

  • Do you have the lyrics of the "Anime of the World"?

  • @UsernameThatsUntaken Yes, he had sent them to me.

  • Thanks for making this! I've been looking for a karaoke version for years!... If you ever have the time, I would LOVE to see a karaoke for Wakko's States & Capitals or the Universe Song!

  • i can sing it but can't post it coz i crap

  • Dahomey is another name for Benin, so that was said twice

  • @Kaldosh Ding ding ding!

  • I sung Yakko's World at my high school's last concert of the year to show off my singing skills. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be! Luckily I had a good few months to learn and sing it between classes, so I pretty much got the whole thing down. Thanks for the track! (I also mentioned you in the description.)

I put the video as a video response if you wanna check it out. :D

  • where's the download link? I'm wantin' to sing this for my school's talent show xD

  • @TheFicwriter1994 I've added a link to an MP3 at the bottom of the description.

  • @TheFicwriter1994 Ima steal your idea and do it for MY school's talent show. >:3

  • @KikiBelleTsukiCookie please do lol xD

  • this music is really cute without Yakko's voice =3

  • Now you can check my fandub of that song. I couldn't do it without your version. Thanks!

Can you do a karaoke version of Wakko's America. You know, this song when Wakko sings all states and their capitols. I want to do a fandub of that song in my language.

  • Thanks a lot. Now i can create my version in my language.

    5/5

  • All Genius! I know it off by heart with ease, & Will send u mine ;)

  • i can get as far as ethiopea perfictly

  • funny

  • I love this song!!

I memorized it a few years ago and am going to re-memorize it. So much fun to sing. :D.

I only wish there was somehow a more recent version. I still chuckle when I sing Yugoslavia, XD

  • this is awesome

  • OOWOOWW!! LOVE ITT!!!

  • im doing this for my school talent show

  • Tell me this...

Does it HAVE to be 100% perfect?

    *curious*

  • This is amazing! I will most likely be using this in the future :D

  • Awsome

  • Thanx megakirby9 but what do you mean?

  • @jazzykid1 I was able to sing it. from memory. 1st try.

  • Can you do a karaoke version of the pokerap with the 1st 150(1) pokemon?

  • @HaruhiIzumi Probably. Would I want to? No.

  • ARRGH! I devote hours to learning this song and I STILL can't sing "Malta and Palestine, Fiji, Australia, Sudan" together. AND the fourth verse is really hard for me.

  • @jazzykid1 1st try beotches!!

  • @megakirby1: Wait, so you're saying you did all of this flawlessly in one try? Not even the original voice actor who first performed this did it in one try. You're saying you're better than the original voice actor?

  • well i memorized it and practiced it first without music in the background. seeing this video was the first time i had the melody going in the background to time me though, and i managed to do it flawlessly first try.

  • @megakirby1: Well done to you then.

  • @50Dashes While the original voice actor, Rob Paulsen, may not have done it on his first try, he did, in fact, record it on the first take.

  • @Keeper1st: Yeah, I understand now.

  • darn!!! it's so hard!!! xD keep trying to keep up with him :P proves very hard, will get there sometime soon ^-^ ...i hope :)...

  • i can do this feel so effing proud!!!! its amazing soo much fun to do!!!!!

  • AHHHHH ITS SO CONFUSING!!!! I KEEP MESSING UP!!! THE BEAT IF OFF!!!!!! LOL great video though!!!!!!!

  • also if you allow me to use it ^.^ after all, you transcribed it

  • Of course you're free to use it. I made it for people to use!

  • wow that was so cool! im doing this for my singing sdolo if im allowed!!

  • More to the point I would transcribe this myself, but I don't have my software on my new PC.

  • Could I get an MP3 of this. I'll explain. I am trying my ass of to make a video I am calling the Fossil song, which goes through the evolution of many different modern animals. I need this exact song. I can give you credits in the video. Check out my channel also to see what I mean, I made a song called Charles Darwin Overture.

  • Wow... you made this?! :D

  • @LooneyTunerIan Well, not the animation, of course...! But yes, I transcribed the music and made the MIDI track, matching the tempos to the original.

  • Wow... :) You might be the next Carl Stalling/Milt Franklyn! :D

  • Hardly. They were great composers and orchestrators. This was just a simple matter of transcribing an existing orchestration (well, I don't have perfect pitch, so it wasn't all THAT simple, but the tune isn't complicated).

I did have the pleasure of meeting the late great Richard Stone, who did much of the music for the WB cartoons of the 1990s.

  • Wow... :) Can I make some MIDI requests? :)

  • @LooneyTunerIan

Sure. No guarantee I'll do anything about it, but if it's something fun, I just might. Who knows?

  • Ok, then I'll send over a list of MIDI requests ASAP.

  • Despite the fact this was made in the 90's I'm surprised the Soviet Union still exists on the map. As countries that were a part of it don't exist on the map, the biggest noticeable one being the lack of the Ukraine. That and the 3 Baltic States, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Then again the show is made in the early 90's (Aired in 93') when the Union was collapsing. But still. Bit odd to me. A great song though.

  • nicely animated!

  • i like it when they do japan

  • @xxxdnthatexxx Yeah that little Japanese flutter they throw in is awesome xD

  • thank you so much now my teacher can give me one hundred pounds :)

  • Algeria and Algiers are the same. Algiers is the capital of Algeria. :)

  • Yes, but one is a city while the other is the country. The same is true for "San Juan" and "Puerto Rico" in the song. On the other hand, "Dahomey" and "Benin" are the same country by different names.

  • @Keeper1st I also believe that Sumatra is the largest island in Indonesia, both listed.

  • @CaptnEncore True! Good point. But the entire country is not lit up twice like in the case of Benin/Dahomey.

  • i can sing it

  • hardest song to sing ever!

  • I've nearly learnt the first two verses, and some of the other bit of the verses. But I can only sing "Fiji, Australia, Sudan," if I don't sing the other ones.

  • My friend sent me the lyrics to this, and I pulled up the email while listening to this, it's easier that way. I can actually sing the first few verses, yay! By the last verse, with all the African countries and the weird ending, I stumble a lot. This is fun, though!

  • No wales? :(

  • I was thinking the same thing. I am from England and I love Wales - where is it? :O

  • @c1ask0 The same place as Ivory Coast, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, etc., I guess!

  • @ c1ask0

I know. :[ They also don't have Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and a whole lot more. :(

  • @superfrogrox17 True, but one also must keep in mind that the former Soviet states had not yet or only just gotten their independence at the time the song was written.

  • @ Keeper1st

Yes, I noticed this was kinda of old when I heard Czechoslovakia when I heard the non-karaoke version song. Thanks.

  • might one be able to download this file? i'd love to download this midi and slow it down so i could sing it myself without getting tongue twisted. ^^* once i make a vid of me doing it, i'll happily give you aple creddit =p

  • The MIDI file is on my MIDI files web site, which is linked from my profile page.

  • @jetxwave I don't exactly see a border for that part when I look at a map but I get ya.

  • @MasterAdam100 He has a point, though. England and Scotland are mentioned specifically, but not Wales (or Northern Ireland for that matter). To make matters worse, when "England" is sung, the entire island of Great Britain is lit up -- England, Scotland and Wales. Yet "Scotland" lights up only Scotland.

  • @jetxwave Sad isnt it

But where would it fit in :(

  • @jetxwave each vid of this i see whale >:U i dont get it y r ppl talking about whales?

  • @P3ngu1nFaN10 Thank you, Danger Mouse.

  • @Keeper1st ....?

  • @P3ngu1nFaN10 They did the Wales/Whales joke in the Danger Mouse cartoon series.

  • @jetxwave technically wales it part of the UK, Scotland is too, but randy rogel (the lyricist) probably had to put that in to keep rob paulsen (yakko's voice actor) in rhythm

  • word word words!!!!!!!!hello!!how are people gonna kanow how to sing it if trhere is no freaking words!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @mjloverfan567

By reading the description, which has the words.

  • @mjloverfan567 look in the descrition

  • Damn! I just tried it again and if I sing it right, I'm almost out of breath most of the time!

  • That song is the hardest thing I've ever tried to sing? Anyone able to sing this like Yakko's voice actor?

  • I do! ;)

  • i memorized this (:

  • i saw how benin and dahomey lit up twice XD nice catch

  • I'm doing it for my school talent show. It's awesome.

  • isn't hong kong a city? i suck at geography
