  • (this is a continuation of my last post. couldn't fit it in 1) I feel that the RKC style works best for me b/c I can tell right away where my weaknesses are when doing the high hip bridge. Also, I feel that I have more of a connection w/ the KB.

My question to you is, what are your feelings about other TGU variations and do you have any replies to the criticism that the RKC version does not activate the core and can lead to injury?

  • Thanks for the vid Dave. There's a lot of controversy on the net concerning the "correct" TGU. In my opinion, there are many roads to success, however there seems to be more literature and research in support of the RKC "high bridge." The opponents just claim that theirs is the "correct" way and other variations will lead to injury and weakening of the core with out providing the research behind such a bold statement.

  • The "new" TGU with a high bridge is awesome ;)

    and its hard =)

  • How do you like the Vibram's, Dave?

  • awesome as usual Tamer, thanks for this and you look much leaner in the tummy. let me know about those bells asap.
