To me, it doesn't look like there's much of a push. Russell was already losing his balance the moment Michael stopped for a crossover. Russell was focusing too hard on keeping up with Jordan that he would've never had the time to recover to come back to challenge Jordan's shot anyway, if there was any chance of a push.

yeah that's probably true about the keeping his balance bit... i was just neve able to tell... i mean jordan does put his hand out i know it but i don't think he put his hand out to push him... and even if he did the refs probably didn't see it...and second he could've gotten away with it... but anyway thanx for the reply, man i appreciate it...

From the 2:08 to 2:17 mark of this video it looks like to me Jordan's hands slide right down the side of Russell's body! In fact his left hand hits Russell's shoe as his hand is trying to recieve the ball off the crossover.

you know what, people...the best times of my life were watching the 1995-96 bulls go 72-10, and this 1998 game. to this day, i don't understand how someone can be so good at something like jordan was.
