I think a great example was the battle Soul Khan vs Cortez. Although I thought Khan won, there was unnecessary Overtime. Khan was so confident he was going to beat him with those 3 rounds, that he had no idea that most picked Cortez.
What Grind Time needs is better JUDGES. Someone who knows how to analyze battles. I know plenty out there in GT who do it well, too much bias. Some like to decide a winner based on 'bars'. This isn't a rap-off, its a battle.
That's exactly why Sara Kana beat Young Gattas. Drect uploaded all that shit about Sara calling out Lady Luck and getting all hyped and all that... it would have looked bad if they gave it to Gattas. Makes perfect sense.

I don't think they need to stop doing overtime, I just thing they need to change the way they judge so that it's fair. Like make it that there are 4 judges in the first 3 rounds and they can't have an option to choose overtime, say if only 2 judges pick someone and the next to pick the other person, then ot is mandatory, and for the ot round they bring in one more judge to make it 5. That seems like a fair way to judge.

Judged in 3 is a good rule. Out of 10 battles, only 1 or 2 should go into overtime. Out of 20 maybe 3. Not all the battles are so damn close that you need to see another round.
