@radiostardust Weeeell, as much as I LOVE Hicks and Reznor, in my opinion George Carlin is EASILY the best comedian of all time. And Maynard J Keenan, well he doesn't write ALL the music like Reznor does, but still he's EASILY the greatest lyricist for the greatest band in history, TOOL.

@OneHandHigh I agree only because Carlin had a life long enough to make an impact over such a time span. I think had Bill Hicks not died, he'd have become more prominent than Carlin. I wonder from time to time what Hicks would say about our world today... mostly just about what he'd do personally in order to make sure Miley Cyrus never made another fucking song ever.

@mcmeister89 That's a very good point, Hicks was still in his early days yet still seemed so evolved. And to give even further props to Hicks, he was born/raised in the midst of southern ignorance, while Carlin was born/raised in NY and was surrounded by like-minded peers. The simple fact that a mind like Hicks could develop in the bible-belt is astounding. Cause anyone can rebel, but very few can become such profound spiritual philosophers.
